Ordering 

 

Q : The product I am interested in, isn’t available for the moment, what should I do? 

 

Despite our desire to provide you with the highest quality service, it can happen that some articles aren’t available due to their success. 
Nevertheless we invite you to register and we will inform you as soon as the product is back in stock.  
In case of insufficient stock you will have to count around 20 days before wearing our models. In any case, this period cannot be taken as contractual. 
 
 

Q : What is the fitting of the Alpha Spirit products? 

 

All our products are adapted to the current European Norms. We thus recommend you to order the standard size you are used to wearing.

Q : What kind of payment is authorized by Alpha Spirit ?

Q : What is the CSV/ CVV code ? 

 

The CSV/CVV code is an important Internet security feature that now appears on the back of most Visa/MasterCard. This new code is a three digit number which provides a cryptographic check of the information embossed on the card.
The security code helps validate that the customer placing the online order actually has the credit card in his/her possession, and that the credit/debit card account is legitimate.

Q : Will I pay extra taxes on my order ? 

 

 
The VAT tax has already been included in the selling price. There will be no extra duties charged on your order, except for Switzerland where customers are responsible for any duties that still might have to be paid upon importing our goods.
Notice for our international clients:
For your information, your order may be subject to the custom fees and import duties by the country to which you have your order shipped. These charges are always under the responsibility of the buyer. Please be aware that the cross-border shipments are subject to inspection by the custom authorities. 
 
 

Shipping 

 

Q: What are the shipping fee being charged and the average delivery time?

 
  • In France : a shipping fee of 4.90 € will be charged
  • In Europe: a shipping fee of 7 € will be charged
  • In the rest of the world: a shipping fee of 15 € will be charged
 
For information the average delivery time is generally: 
 
  • In Europe: between 4 to 6 days (*)
  • In the rest of the world: between 7 to 15 days (*)

 

* Shipping in countries not belonging to the UE may be subject to the custom fees and import duties by the country to which you have your order shipped. These charges are always under the responsibility of the buyer. Please be also aware that the cross-border shipments are subject to inspection by the custom authorities. 

 
 

Q: What is a Tracking Number?

 

It is a reference number that the courier associates with every shipment. You will find this number in the Shipping Confirmation e-mail. Always use it if you want to contact UPS, DHL or La Poste directly or to track your order.

Return and exchange 

 

Q : How do I return ? 

 

According to article L 121-16  al 1  of the consumer code, you can return or exchange any product that you have ordered and that does not satisfy you within 7 working days.
 
 
To easily return an article:
 
1/ Use and fill in the return form by clicking on the link. Please, fill in the reason for returning and insert this return form into the package.
 
2/ Send the product including the return form in appropriate and secure wrapping. 
 
3/ Please send it to the following address:

Please Notice that: :

 
  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, not modified or damaged and repacked in its original packaging
  • 
The identification tag must still be attached to the product.
  • 
The products must be shipped back to us within 14 days from the date in which the order was delivered
 
Please note that packages with insufficient postage will not be accepted.

In case of non- respect of the above conditions, the product will neither be reimbursed nor exchanged but returned to you.
 
 

Q : When can I expect my refund ? 

 

If the product is returned complete, in its original state, we will send you an email to confirm the reimbursement or the delivery of the new package in case of an exchange.
Considering the credit card Company's policies, the refund may be visible on your bank/ paypal account from 5 to 15 days from date of reception of the package.
